Agreement: By accessing or using SwiftUI Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SwiftUI Labs (the "Platform"), operated by SwiftUI Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

Be at least 16 years of age
Have a valid Patreon account
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be prohibited from accessing the Platform under applicable laws

3. Account and Membership

3.1 Patreon Integration

Access to our Platform requires authentication through Patreon. Your membership tier on Patreon determines your access level to content on our Platform:

Free Members: Access to free-tier content only
Pro Members (Lab Insider): Access to all content including premium resources

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Patreon account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Use of Content

4.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your active membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes
Modify content for your own projects

4.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content
Share your account credentials with others
Remove or modify any copyright notices or watermarks
Use content to create competing products or services
Reverse engineer or decompile any content
Use content in ways that violate applicable laws

4.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to code, designs, graphics, and documentation, is owned by SwiftUI Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
Use automated systems or software to extract data ("scraping")
Impersonate any person or entity
Engage in any fraudulent activity

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Patreon Subscriptions

All subscriptions are managed through Patreon. You agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your Patreon membership
Comply with Patreon's Terms of Service
Understand that we have no control over Patreon's billing or refund policies

6.2 Access Changes

Your access level may change if:

You upgrade or downgrade your Patreon membership
Your Patreon subscription expires or is canceled
We modify our membership tiers or benefits

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may terminate your access at any time by canceling your Patreon membership or ceasing to use the Platform.

7.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Your Patreon membership is canceled or suspended
We discontinue the Platform

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases
You must stop using any downloaded content
We may delete your account data after 30 days
Content you've already downloaded may continue to be used per Section 4.1

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Service

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
That the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
That content will meet your requirements or expectations
That any errors will be corrected

8.2 No Professional Advice

Content provided on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFTUI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
Damages related to downloaded content or its performance

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR PATREON MEMBERSHIP IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwiftUI Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your violation of applicable laws

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

Email notification
A notice on the Platform
Updates to the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform
Change membership tiers and benefits
Update, remove, or add content
Implement new features or restrictions

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SwiftUI Labs regarding the Platform.
